Bellagio is home to the Museum of Navigation Instruments: a collection of over two hundred precious objects which, in past centuries, have helped sailors to navigate at sea and sail to new worlds.

Magreglio's Museum of Cycling and the Sanctuary of Madonna del Ghisallo are must-see destinations for lovers of cycling.

Varenna has the interesting Castel Vezio, the last home of Queen Theodolinda of the Longobards (589-616 AD).  In Como, you can visit the Art Gallery, the Palazzo Broletto, the Tempio Voltiano, dedicated to the life and work of native son Alessandro Volta, the Silk Museum and Castel Baradello. Each year, Villa Olmo hosts international exhibitions.
